At Maguire Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange pair within 5 to 7 business days.
